Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks highly motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full‑service tax return preparation, advice, and software support in person, building long‑term relationships with clients and growing the local TurboTax presence. Role is on-site, non-exempt, with a minimum of 20 hours per week and potential for schedule growth.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or obtain a PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 federal and state returns using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Conduct discovery sessions to optimize deductions, minimize taxes, maximize refunds, and offer planning advice.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in-person and through TurboTax tools, building trust and loyalty.
• Grow TurboTax client base by engaging with the local community and promoting services.
