Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers in on-site TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will perform full service tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and support clients in-person while engaging with the local community to grow the TurboTax client base. The role is non-exempt and requires onsite presence with 20+ hours per week, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax prep experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week; Sunday through Saturday.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must reside within the United States.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally and build community presence.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for customers.
• Conduct tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan future taxes.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
• Assist with local marketing and attracting new clients.
