Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will perform full service tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and use TurboTax products to help customers achieve favorable outcomes while building a local client base. In this role you’ll engage with customers in person, grow the local TurboTax community, and be part of a dynamic team of financial experts.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Experience filing multiple federal/state returns per tax season.
• Ability to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship location and engage with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify deductions and opportunities for refunds.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build local client relationships.
