Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will offer in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers, while growing the local client base and fostering trust in your community.

You will engage with customers, provide clear tax guidance, and harness TurboTax resources to deliver accurate solutions in everyday language. A focus on local marketing and client relationships is essential.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses/certificates/bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax returns preparation using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at TurboTax Retail/Flagship location, 20+ hours/week, weekends included.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador and public face of TurboTax in your community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers, including complex scenarios.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships, in-person and via online tools.
