Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support, while actively growing the local client base and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Ideal candidates hold an active EA/CPA/attorney license with strong tax knowledge, are willing to work weekends, and enjoy engaging with the community to build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-person tax return prep, tax advice, calculations, and software support.
• Grow TurboTax client base through community engagement and local marketing initiatives.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
• Represent TurboTax locally as a proactive ambassador and educator.
