Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, advice, and software support to customers in person, while building relationships in your local community.

As a licensed tax professional (EA/CPA/attorney) with PTIN and 3+ years of returns experience, you’ll thrive in a front-facing retail environment, wear a TurboTax uniform, and help clients maximize refunds while growing your

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as required.
• Minimum 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, weekends possible.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax in the local area.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Grow the local client base through marketing and client relationships.
