Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will perform in-person tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and support clients using TurboTax software.

The role emphasizes community outreach and growing the local client base. As a Retail Expert, you will be a trusted advisor, representing TurboTax and delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Provide full service tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations.
• Build local client base and drive customer loyalty with community engagement.
