Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site team at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States, serving in-person customers and delivering tax expertise. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, building client relationships and growing the local TurboTax client base through community engagement.

This non-exempt, onsite role requires at least 20 hours per week; strong tax credentials and customer service

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience using professional software.
• Circular 230 knowledge.
• Must reside in the United States and work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan future taxes.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using resources and team expertise in clear everyday language.
• Create an exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships in a front-facing retail environment.
