Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts in TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation and expert advice to customers, building trust and guiding them to the best possible tax outcomes while representing Intuit in the community. This non-exempt, part-time role requires at least 20 hours per week, weekend availability, and a passion for helping customers.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax preparation experience filing 1040s for 30+ federal/state returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 tax regulations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience working in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers on-site.
• Calculate taxes, optimize deductions, and review returns with clients.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base and build long-term relationships with customers.
