Intuit Inc. seeks a TurboTax - Retail Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice using TurboTax software, while engaging with the local community to grow the client base and deliver excellent customer experiences.

The role requires an on-site presence, strong tax knowledge, and ability to build long-term relationships. A non-exempt, part-time schedule (minimum 20 hours/week) is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses or certificates.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns per tax season.
• Willingness to work onsite, Sunday–Saturday, at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service tax return preparation and tax advice using TurboTax products.
• Grow TurboTax client base and establish long-term relationships within the local community.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and assist clients with tax planning.
• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador and participate in marketing efforts.
