Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a TurboTax - Retail Expert to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software/product support to in-person customers in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will also grow the local client base, establish long-term relationships, and contribute to community engagement with marketing support and tools. This is a part-time, onsite role with a strong pay-for-performance rewards structure.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Must reside within the United States and be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for the future.
• Grow TurboTax client base within the local community and build long-term relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support using Intuit tools and CRM.
