Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as TurboTax Retail Experts in on-site locations nationwide. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing full-service tax preparation, advice, calculations, and software support to in-person customers.

Be a proactive community ambassador, grow the client base, and deliver an outstanding customer experience with local marketing support from TurboTax.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, minimum 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Discover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
