Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will serve in-person customers, provide full service tax return preparation and tax advice, and help grow the local client base with marketing support.

Must be onsite, 20+ hours weekly, EA/CPA/attorney licensed and able to wear a TurboTax uniform. Ideal candidates are bilingual (English/Spanish) and comfortable in a front-facing retail environment, offering exceptional

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes; state licenses or bonds may be needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and generating clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term trust with clients.
