Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while building lasting client relationships in your community. Ideal candidates hold an active EA, CPA, or attorney license, have 3+ years of paid tax preparation experience, and can work 20+ hours per week onsite; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and dedication to

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating accessible tax-related content and resources for your community in accordance with Intuit’s policies.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Must be willing to work in a front facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Assist in growing TurboTax client base within the local community and establish long-term relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through professionalism and clear communication.
• Utilize TurboTax marketing support and software to support client needs.
