Job summary

Intuit is seeking on-site TurboTax Retail Experts to help customers navigate tax needs at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will work in person with clients, providing full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building trusted relationships in your community.

This non-exempt, front-facing role requires a valid EA/CPA/attorney license (or equivalent), 3+ years preparing 1040s, and comfort working 20+ hours a week onsite.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN and be able to file taxes.
• Willing to work onsite at TurboTax locations, 20+ hours/week, in a front-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service tax return preparation and tax advice.
• Grow local client base and foster long-term relationships.
• Assist customers in-person and with TurboTax software and services.
