Job summary

Intuit is seeking experienced TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while building long-term relationships and expanding the local TurboTax client base.

Role is non-exempt and requires at least 20 hours per week onsite. Strong tax credentials (EA/CPA/attorney) and PTIN are required, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes and be able to obtain state licenses.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location for at least 20 hours/week; front-facing retail environment.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and engage in local community marketing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions, reviews, and future tax planning.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience, building long-term client relationships.
• Grow TurboTax client base in local community and participate in marketing efforts.
