Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building local client relationships and driving community engagement. Ideal candidates hold an active EA/CPA/attorney license with tax experience, are willing to work 20+ hours weekly, and can operate in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN registration to file taxes.
• Willing to work onsite at TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax preparation and tax advice to customers.
• Assist with calculating refunds and deductions using TurboTax tools.
• Grow local client base and foster long-term relationships.
