Qualifications

• Active tax preparer with strong knowledge of tax laws.
• Experience serving clients in a retail or public-facing setting.
• Ability to build relationships and grow a local client base.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to maximize deductions and plan future taxes.
• Deliver excellent customer service and support clients in-person at TurboTax locations.
