Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation and tax advice, serving in-person customers with a focus on growing the local client base and delivering excellent service.

Active EA/CPA or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience is preferred. This role requires onsite presence and a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Must reside within the United States and be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Assist with complex tax scenarios and ensure accurate tax solutions.
• Grow TurboTax client base in the local community through outreach and relationships.
