Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support while growing the local client base and building long-term relationships with customers.

Role requires active credentials (EA/CPA), 20+ hours/week onsite, and strong customer service in a front-facing retail setting. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, uniform required, US residency.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA or attorney license preferred.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally and as a public face in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for customers, including simple to complex situations.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and a focus on client financial goals.
