Role emphasizes in-person service, local outreach, and leveraging marketing support to grow TurboTax client bases while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to uncover deductions and plan future taxes.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and team expertise.
