Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers while representing TurboTax in the local community.

You will build relationships, grow the client base, and help customers achieve positive financial outcomes. The role is non-exempt and requires 20+ hours per week on-site, with competitive compensation and benefits including 401(k),

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Handle tax calculations and software support for clients.
• Engage with the community and help grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships.
