Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking an on-site TurboTax Retail Expert to perform in-person tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will engage with customers, deliver personalized tax expertise, and help grow the local client base while leveraging Intuit tools and marketing support. Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid 1040 tax returns prepared per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Assist clients in-person at TurboTax Retail locations and build relationships.
• Grow client base and participate in local marketing efforts with TurboTax support.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using available resources and language tailored to customers.
