Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks on-site TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers at a Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

You will provide tax preparation, advisory services, and software support while building local relationships and driving client loyalty. This non-exempt, on-site role emphasizes community engagement, tax education, and a strong focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, for at least 20 hours weekly.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, engaging with prospects and converting them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build trust for ongoing relationships.
