Intuit is seeking enthusiastic TurboTax Retail Experts to provide in-person tax preparation and advice at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location. You’ll serve customers onsite, deliver full service tax returns, and help with calculations and software support.

You will grow the local client base, build long-term relationships, and collaborate with TurboTax marketing. This non-exempt, on-site role offers a compensation package with performance rewards and benefits.

Qualificações

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax prep experience.
• PTIN active as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours weekly.

Responsabilidades

• Be the proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally and online.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term client relationships.
