Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, serving in-person customers with tax expertise and personalized support.

You will grow TurboTax’s client base in the local community, attract new clients, foster long-term relationships, and leverage marketing support to build a thriving business, while delivering top-tier customer service.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Must hold or obtain state licenses/certificates/bonds.
• Min 3 years tax return filing experience (30+ returns) using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Ability to work onsite 20+ hours/week, weekends included.
• Willingness to build local presence as TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future planning advice.
• Use government resources, professional tools, and team expertise to deliver accurate tax solutions in everyday language.
