Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the U.S. You will provide comprehensive tax preparation and advice, helping customers navigate complex returns and maximize refunds.

You will engage with the local community, attract new clients, and foster long-term relationships while representing TurboTax with professionalism and integrity. The role requires on-site presence, strong tax credentials, and a customer-first mindset, with

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
Must possess or be able to obtain a PTIN to file taxes.
Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
Familiarity with Circular 230.
Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, including weekends, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
Assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations.
Grow TurboTax client base within the local community and build long-term relationships.
