Job summary

Intuit invites experienced tax professionals to join as TurboTax Retail Experts at one of our U.S. TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support to help customers achieve positive financial outcomes.

You’ll work on-site, act as a community ambassador, attract and retain clients, and grow TurboTax’s presence locally with marketing support and resources. The role is non-exempt and requires on-site presence.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted tax licenses with strong preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes; state licenses or bonds may be needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation for 30+ returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions, identify deductions, minimize liabilities, and plan next year taxes.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and professional tools.
• Grow the local client base through proactive outreach and community engagement.
