Job summary

Intuit seeks highly motivated individuals to join our team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Retail Experts at one of our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, advice, and software support in person at a retail site and help expand our client base in the local community.

You must be a licensed tax professional (EA/CPA/attorney) with PTIN and a minimum of 3 years experience filing 1040s.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver hands-on tax advice, handle simple to complex tax situations, and optimize deductions.
• Lead local marketing efforts and grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term relationships.
• Interact with customers in-person and via TurboTax video tools.
• Assist clients with tax planning and future tax considerations.
