You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support for in-person customers, building local client relationships and growing the business.

Strong tax expertise, active credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney preferred), and PTIN are required. The role emphasizes community engagement, a competitive compensation package, and potential bonus

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• State licenses/certificates/permits or bonds may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Engage with the local community to grow TurboTax client base.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a front-facing retail setting.
