Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted tax license (EA/CPA/attorney) required.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan for future taxes.
• Build long-term relationships with local clients and grow the TurboTax client base.
