Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. On-site role involves tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, in a friendly retail setting.

You’ll build local client relationships, grow the business, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience using TurboTax tools. The position requires active tax credentials, on-site presence, and availability including Sundays.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses/certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Front-facing retail environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify deductions and plan taxes.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and professional tools.
• Assist in growing the local TurboTax client base.
