Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to serve as trusted tax advisors in year-round retail locations across the United States. You will prepare taxes, engage with the community, and act as a local ambassador to simplify tax concepts for customers.

Candidates should have active tax credentials (EA/CPA/attorney) and a PTIN, with 3+ years of tax filing experience and a readiness to work onsite, including weekends. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at TurboTax retail/flagship locations, Sundays– Saturdays, about 20 hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Lead local marketing and community outreach with TurboTax support.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
• Assist with tax planning and deductions optimization.
