Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to serve as the local face of TurboTax, delivering tax advice and preparation services in a community setting. You will engage with prospects, convert leads, and support marketing efforts to make taxes approachable for customers.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll provide hands-on tax guidance, discover potential deductions, and help clients achieve favorable refunds while promoting Intuit’s products and community initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active professional license (EA/CPA/Attorney) required.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return filing experience (30+ returns).

Responsibilities

• Provide tax preparation services for TurboTax customers, from simple to complex returns.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using available resources and professional tools.
• Create a best-in-class customer experience and build trust with the local community.
