Job summary

Intuit is seeking experienced TurboTax Retail Experts to provide in‑person tax services at a TurboTax Retail location. You will prepare tax returns, advise clients, and leverage marketing support to grow your local client base.

Role requires on-site presence, strong tax knowledge, and a customer‑first approach. You may engage with the community to promote TurboTax services while delivering accurate tax solutions.

Qualifications

• Active tax license holders with strong tax preparation experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Lead local marketing efforts and build a client base within the community.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a front‑facing retail setting.
• Perform tax reviews, planning advice, and deductions optimization.
