Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wows the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure great customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick shelf placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty, responsible for store operations, staff, and customer issues.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, and prepare for daily operation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies and product knowledge.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by improving merchandising and service.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery initiatives.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
