Total Wine & More is seeking a capable Supervisor to support store operations and help build a sales and service culture around adult beverages and more. You will report to the store management team and play a key role in delivering best-in-class service.

Responsibilities include leading by example, coaching peers, ensuring compliance with laws, and driving KPIs while maintaining a welcoming, safe store environment. 21+ and flexible schedule required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ year of proven supervisory role in retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Support service team, merchandising and front-end operations; drive sales and KPIs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service; lead by example and foster a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Supervise team members and support training and development.
• Ensure adherence to laws and regulations related to alcohol sales; maintain a safe environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness; perform other duties as assigned.
