Total Wine & More in Naples, FL is seeking a Supervisor to assist the store management team in growing our brand, supporting store operations and building a sales and service culture that delivers best-in-class service for adults. You will be referred to as Supervisor and report to the store management team.

You will oversee service, merchandising and front-end operations, drive sales, train staff, and ensure legal alcohol compliance while maintaining a safe, clean, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support service team, merchandising and front-end operations; drive sales and KPIs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and creating a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Supervise team members and support training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Ensure adherence to laws related to alcohol sales and maintain a safe, compliant store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
