Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Naples, FL to drive sales and lead a team in delivering best-in-class service. You’ll manage daily operations, payroll, inventory, and merchandising while ensuring compliance with alcohol regulations and a safe store environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in a supervisory retail role, with 2+ years leading a sales-focused team and experience with POS and inventory systems. 21+ and a flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of work experience, 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role in retail.
• Experience leading, motivating, and developing a sales-focused team.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver against key performance metrics.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and leading store team and develop product knowledge and sales skills.
• Support day-to-day operations including payroll, inventory, merchandising and shrink.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Maintain vendor relationships to support store goals and ensure compliance with alcohol regulations.
