Total Wine & More in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Supervisor to assist store management in growing our brand and delivering best-in-class service. You will support operations, lead a service-focused culture, and help develop team members to improve product knowledge and sales skills.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, resolving customer issues, ensuring compliance with alcohol regulations, and maintaining a safe, welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience, 1+ year in a supervisory role within retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve in a team member capacity to support service, merchandising and front-end operations, drive sales and deliver KPIs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and resolving customer issues.
• Supervise team members and support their training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Ensure adherence to laws and regulations related to sale of alcohol and maintain a safe store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
