Qualifications

• Must have prior supervisory or training experience in merchandising.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Willingness to travel to multiple store locations.

Responsibilities

• Travel independently to service stores throughout the territory using your personal vehicle.
• Train, mentor, and support a team of field service representatives to ensure consistent execution.
• Oversee in-store merchandising activities including planogram resets, displays, inventory adjustments, and signage placement.
• Travel to train new hires in-store and model best practices for success.
• Monitor progress, complete required reporting, and coach for performance improvement.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet client standards.
• Serve as primary contact for store management, project managers, and field leadership.
