Job summary

SAS Retail Services, Inc. is seeking a Retail Supervisor in Cincinnati to lead a team of merchandising associates. You will coach staff, build strong client relationships, and ensure execution of in-store programs with accuracy and initiative.

You’ll collaborate with Brand partners and Retail Managers to meet shared goals while managing budgets and schedules, contributing to North America's leading sales and marketing agency in consumer goods.

Qualifications

• 4 years of retail experience, including 2 years supervising others.
• Motivate people with a competitive streak.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to juggle shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office.
• Associate's degree is a plus, but not required if you have the experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team. Coach associates, set clear expectations, and help them hit their goals.
• Make stores shine. Run store audits and ensure products are stocked, signed, faced, and set to schematic.
• Build relationships. Be the trusted point of contact for clients and store teams, and schedule work appointments.
• Partner with the business. Work alongside Business Development Managers, Brands, and Retail Managers to hit shared targets.
• Manage your budget. Keep expenses in line with your team's budget.
• Keep things moving. Stay on top of communication and admin so your team always knows what's next.
