Job summary

Advantage Solutions, based in California, is hiring a Full-Time Retail Supervisor to lead and motivate store teams, ensure shelves are stocked to planograms, and drive sales and client objectives across the assigned territory.

You will conduct audits, coach associates, manage budgets, and build strong relationships with clients and business development managers to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree preferred and/or equivalent work experience.
• 4 years of applicable retail experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple duties with frequent changes and competing deadlines.
• Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct retail associates, conduct store audits, execute and complete all retail projects.
• Maintain client objectives by ensuring products are stocked, signed, faced, and set to schematics.
• Establish and maintain client relationships including work appointments.
• Monitor and regulate expenses with regard to position and team budget standards.
• Communicate, administer, and coach direct reports in a timely manner.
