Advantage Solutions in the United States is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead a team of merchandising associates and drive store performance. You will coach staff, build relationships with store managers and brand partners, and directly influence sales results with strong leadership and execution.

You will collaborate with Business Development Managers and Retail Managers to achieve shared targets, manage audits, and ensure shelves are stocked and signed according to schematics.

Formación

• 4 years of retail experience, including 2 years supervising others.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to juggle shifting priorities and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team, coaching associates to hit goals.
• Run store audits, ensure products are stocked and signed per schematic.
• Build relationships with clients and store teams; schedule work appointments.
• Partner with Business Development Managers, Brands, and Retail Managers to hit targets.
• Manage the budget and expenses; stay under budget.
• Maintain communications and administrative tasks to keep work moving.
