Job summary

Advantage Solutions, a leading business solutions provider in North America, seeks a Full-Time Retail Supervisor to lead retail teams, ensure client standards, and drive sales in assigned territories. You will partner with Business Development Managers, Brands, and Retail Managers to meet objectives.

The role requires oversight of store audits, shelf standards, and timely communication, with opportunities for training and career growth within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred.
• 4 years of applicable retail experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to accurately complete multiple duties with frequent changes and competing deadlines.
• Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct retail associates, conduct store audits, execute and complete all retail projects.
• Maintain Client objectives by ensuring product(s) are fully stocked, correctly signed, properly faced, and set to schematics.
• Establish and maintain client relationships including work appointments.
• Monitor and regulate expenses with regard to position and team budget standards.
• Coordinate communication, administrative tasks, and coaching with direct reports.
