The North Face in Maryland seeks a Store Supervisor to lead the store team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, coach associates, and oversee daily operations including inventory, merchandising, and safety standards.

A fast-paced environment and passion for outdoor exploration are ideal. Qualifications include 1+ years in retail leadership and a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to drive results through store teams and exceed sales and profit goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring progress against KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver high levels of customer engagement.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Support stockroom operations, inventory flow, and loss prevention practices.
• Train and onboard new team members and provide ongoing feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure timely product replenishment.
