Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized customer engagement and drive store performance.
• Support leadership team to meet sales and profit goals.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver exceptional service.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing and floor coverage.
• Assist in training new team members and provide ongoing feedback.
• Maintain merchandising standards and manage inventory flow on the floor.
• Uphold policies, safety standards, and store procedures.
