You will partner with store leadership to maximize profitability, foster an inclusive team culture, and ensure smooth daily operations, from merchandising to stockroom processes. Previous leadership in retail is valued for this role.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ability to drive results through store teams and exceed goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing and floor coverage.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver high levels of engagement and meet productivity goals.
• Support stockroom operations and ensure timely product flow to sales floor.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and assist with training new team members.
