Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory experience, preferably in retail.
• Customer-first mindset and ability to coach on the floor.
• Strong communication skills and adaptability.
• Ability to coach and guide associates effectively.
• Availability for peak shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Act as Manager on Duty as assigned and address customer, vendor or maintenance issues.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to execute action plans and drive results.
• Perform opening/closing routines including banking deposits and shipments.
• Set daily goals and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Model selling behaviors and product knowledge to improve service.
