Job summary

Bath & Body Works in Allen, TX is seeking a Supervisors to partner with the Store Manager in developing outstanding associates and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be a brand ambassador, drive growth, and oversee daily operations.

As a store leader, you will coach, train, and motivate associates while maintaining safety standards and visual presentation across the floor. Availability for peak days and varied shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Lead as Manager on Duty and address customer experience or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to support action plans and daily operations.
• Perform opening/closing routines including banking and receiving shipments.
• Set direction for the day and give performance feedback to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with product knowledge and selling behaviors.

Education

High school diploma, GED certificate, or Relevant Work Experience
